    • Bookings – Make it easy for your customers to schedule standard meetings with you or your staff.
    • PowerAutomate – This can help you build automated processes that tie the components of Microsoft 365.
    • Forms – Make it easy for your customers to provide information to you and for your staff to retrieve that information without retyping. Forms have the ability to be offered in multiple languages (including Te reo Māori)
    • Lists – This is another new functionality that be used to track any list of items. Examples, include issue tracking, expense reporting, travel requests, and anything else that can be imagined. These lists can be further automated using PowerAutomate.
    • Approvals – There is now a built in approval system where you can build templates so that you can track various approvals, for example travel, refunds, etc.
