The Owner/Consultant, Erik Droutman, has 25 years of experience in Information Technology, as well as a prior background as an attorney. Erik spent 15 years working at Microsoft and left when he and his family moved to New Zealand. During his time at Microsoft, he helped the fourth ever customer move to what is now called Microsoft 365. In addition, he helped architect the deployment of multiple large (50,000+ user) companies and both US Federal government and US State government departments to Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online from their local servers. For the last several years of his career, he worked with Financial Services sector customers (Banks, Insurance, Payments, and Mutual Funds) to understand, develop and implement their adoption plans for Microsoft 365, and in particular for Microsoft Teams.
Erik would like to take the experience, he has had with large companies and help small to mid-sized companies benefit by enhancing their productivity and reducing some of their costs by eliminating duplicative licenses.
