    Helped a workgroup at a NZ Government Ministry develop a tracking system to allow better tracking of OIAs, Ministerial Requests and Written Parliamentary Questions (WPQs). This will allow the team to better divide workloads, and know upcoming deadlines enabling timely response to the requestor. List also will email responsible person on updates.
  • Document Repository advice and enablement
    Assisted industry organisation with developing a document repository so that users would be better able to collaborate and reuse materials
  • Teams Training
    Assisted non-profit with a customized Teams Training class to help bring employees learn additional Teams features.
  • Initial Setup
    Assisted non-profit with initial setup of Microsoft 365.
  • Anti-Spam assistance
    Assisted several customers with troubleshooting why their email was being considered Spam. This involves setting SPF and DMARC records.
  • Risk Review and Assessment
    Assisted industry organisation with memorandum for the board of potential security mitigations to help reduce potential cyber risk.
  • Microsoft 365 Backup
    Assisted organization with the setup of a third party backup system to enable them to access recent files and emails even if Microsoft became unaccessible.
  • Executive Training and custom scripting
    Some examples include setting up a custom script for an executive that would respond to all emails during specific times of day informing the sender that responses would only occur after business hours, and documentation on how to set up an iPhone to allow contacts to be synced and modified from the iPhone contacts app or from Outlook.
